Urban photoshop in action

And yes- High Fives really are pretty great.

music meets optical illusions

The band Animal Collective's latest release, "Merriweather Post Pavillion" on Domino Records has some pretty cool album artwork. Look closely, it looks like the leaves roll.

Who said VHS was out of style?

Well, maybe watching them is, but check out this guy. He pulls the tape out of the vhs and turns it into a portrait. Here's one of the coveted, "The Dude."

Banksy

If you haven't heard of him yet, now would be a good time to get to know who he is. Banksy is a mystery graffiti artist that leaves some pretty awesome tags, heres one that I particularly get a kick out of. It really makes you question the Mona, and what she stands for.

Albert Einstein

We all know that Albert Einstein figured out that E=MC2 but this picture leads me to believe differently. . .

But seriously, go to www.hetemeel.com and decide how smart you think this guy is for yourself!

Great Work!

There comes a time when you lose yourself in the internet, we all do it. yes, even you, you nay-sayer. personally, i find myself spending more time than is healthy on Facebook, Stumbleupon, billboard, allmusic, wikipedia, and the list goes on. 9 times out of 10, I have a to-do list that i'm neglecting. . . strikingly similar to this very moment. It could simply be a sign of losing focus . . . but hey, without further introduction, click here already! Its really cool!

Oh the Irony!

Digital Artist Sheharzad Arshad puts an interesting spin on some everyday situations.

YouTube Collaboration in Bb

this is a really neat site. This guy surfed YouTube for a bunch of videos of people playing very simple ambient musical lines in the key of Bb and put them all together on this page. There are 20 clips that you can play all at the same time or take your pick. It will never sound exactly the same. try it.
